Make sure hair is fully saturated before each wash. Once hair is fully saturated make 4 sections. Part down the middle and across head. Apply a small amount of shampoo one section at a time. Gently rub scalp with fingertips, gently cleansing scalp. To clean shaft of hair, rub hair in a downward motion on shaft of hair. Do not rub vigorously. Vigorous motions can cause tangles.
