Your Salon appointment is the maintenance, not the miracle. What you do in the days and weeks leading up to your visit directly impacts how your hair looks, feels, and responds to professional services.


Feed Your Hair from the Inside Out

Hair is non-essential tissue, which means your body prioritizes everything else first. A balanced diet rich in protein, iron, omega-3s, zinc, and vitamins A, C, and E supports stronger strands and healthier growth. No deep conditioner can replace chronic nutritional gaps.


Nighttime Hair Care Matters

Your hair should be protected while you sleep every night. Satin or silk scarves, bonnets, or pillowcases reduce friction, prevent moisture loss, and help styles last longer. Sleeping “raw” is one of the fastest ways to undo professional work.
