Where are you located?

Rx Salon is in Sola Salon Suites, located inside Columbia Mall
The Suites are located on the 2nd level, next to Nordstrom.
The door to Sola Salon Suites is across from the covered parking lot, located next to Nordstrom on the second level.
If using GPS select the Sola Salon Suites Address in Columbia Mall.
If you just use Columbia Mall and not the suites specifically you will not arrive at the suites parking lot and designated door.

How long does a silk press last? 

That depends on the current condition and the health of the hair.

How long will a silk press take?

Typically 1 ½- 2 hours, this also depends on the health of the hair. 

Can I add a service I did not schedule for?

Yes, of course, if time allows you can add a service to your appointment.

Do I need to contact you before my scheduled appointment date to add the service?

No, you do not need to contact your stylist to add a service. That is decided at the appointment based on availability for that date.

Can I cancel my appointment and rebook to add the service?

Yes, you can cancel your scheduled appointment to book with the added service if you do not want to wait until your scheduled appointment date.

Will you use my products from home?

 No, Rx Salon and its employees will not use any products you bring from home.

What to do when I arrive at the suites?

Once you arrive, if Rashida is not immediately ready for you, you can have a seat on the bench located outside her door. If you need to use the restroom, feel free to pop in to get the code. Your stylist will be with you shortly.
